LIFE'S Healing Circle ("we", "us") operates a private online community for wellness, cooking, gardening, herbal living, and connection. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide when you sign up — name, email, and password.
- Profile information you choose to add — avatar, bio, location, interests, and social links.
- Content you post — recipes, photos, comments, wall posts, business submissions, challenge entries.
- Payment records — the fact, amount, and status of a membership or Business Spotlight payment. Card details are handled by our third-party payment processor; we never see or store them.
- Basic technical data — session and log information needed to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- Operate your account and membership.
- Deliver community features (feed, events, directory, challenges).
- Send you newsletters and community updates you have opted in to.
- Keep the community safe and moderate abuse.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share only with the trusted service providers who help us run the platform (authentication, database, email, and payments) and where required by law.
Your choices
- Edit or delete your profile content at any time from your dashboard.
- Turn off notifications in your profile settings.
- Request account deletion by contacting us at our contact page.
Data retention
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your profile and posts, and retain only the limited payment records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
